Final Paper Submission to RSCTC 2008

Deadline: July 20, 2008

• Please complete the following three steps by the deadline for inclusion of your manuscript in the proceedings:

  1. Submit Camera-Ready Paper

  The camera-ready manuscript must be not exceeding 10 pages in the Springer-Verlag LNCS style, including figures, tables and references. Please use the Springer-Verlag LNCS style file llncs2e.zip to prepare final papers.

  To submit your camera-ready version, login to EasyChair system with the same account that you used for paper submission. After login, click "Proceedings" on the top of the page to have upload page. Please submit the following two files via EasyChair system:

  (1) a zipped file containing all your LaTeX files which are necessary for compilation of your paper at our side, such as all eps, bib, bst, sty, and all other source files, as well as the DVI file and

  (2) a PDF file of the camera-ready version.

  2. Submit Springer Copyright Form

  A signed and completed Springer copyright form is required for each accepted paper to be published in LNCS. It is sufficient to sign the form by one of the authors. Please download the RSCTC 2008 Springer copyright form, scan the filled out form, and send it by e-mail to rsctc2008@uakron.edu

  3. Early Author Registration

  For each accepted paper, at least one author (including student author) must register by July 20, 2008. Here is the registration page on the RSCTC 2008 website.

 

Alternative final paper submission method:

Send your camera-ready files and signed Springer copyright form by e-mail to rsctc2008@uakron.edu and Complete online registration

 

Note: The LNCS/AI publisher has recently introduced an extra control loop: once data processing is finished, the publisher will contact all corresponding authors and ask them to check their papers. At that time, authors' quick interaction with Springer-Verlag would be greatly appreciated.

Note: We will be glad to provide an official letter in PDF format to support your application for US Visa. Please send e-mail to rsctc2008@uakron.edu providing us with your official name on your Passport, Affiliation, and Paper Title.
