Papers
submitted to the RSCTC 2008 must be original work and have not been
published and submitted to other conferences or publications.
Both
research and application full papers are solicited. All submitted papers
will be reviewed on the basis of technical quality, relevance,
significance, and clarity.
Each
accepted paper must have at least one paid registration and be presented
at the conference in order to be published in the conference proceedings.
Submitted
drafts are to be 10 pages maximum in the Springer-Verlag LNCS style,
including figures, tables and references. Please use the Springer-Verlag
LNCS style file llncs2e.zip.
Please
submit by the midnight of May 12, 2008 (US
Eastern Standard Time with a 24 hours of grace period) via RSCTC 2008 online paper submission
system. Only PDF files are accepted for consideration.
Conference
proceedings will be published by Springer in LNCS/LNAI series, which is
published, in parallel to the printed books, in full-text electronic form
via www.springerlink.com.
A
selected number of accepted papers will be expanded and revised for
special issues in journals:
