The regular registration fee includes participation in all sessions, refreshment breaks, conference proceedings, one ticket for the welcome reception and one ticket for the conference banquet.
The student registration fee includes participation in all sessions, refreshment breaks, conference proceedings and one ticket for the welcome reception. The student registration fee applies to students who can provide an official letter or other formal documentation confirming current full-time student status at registration desk.
Each presentation needs one registration. A participant who presents n papers should pay a regular/student registration fee and (n-1) additional presentation fees.
All registration fees should be paid in US Dollars.
Technical sessions + coffee breaks only: Authors ($160), Students ($100), Regular ($200).
Extra proceedings: $200.00.
Extra ticket for reception and banquet: $90.00.
Extra ticket for banquet: $60.00.
Extra page fee: $100.00 per page.

Written cancellations received by July 31, 2008 will be liable to a $100 USD service fee. After this date there will be NO refund.
A confirmation of your payment will be sent to you after your payment is processed and we have confirmed receipt of your payment.
A registration email letter will be sent to your email address two weeks before the conference. Please print and present this registration email at the Registration Desk to pick up your conference kit.
